About this Course
This course is aimed at food handlers working in hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food outlets, takeaways, cafes, kitchens, hospitals, schools, or colleges. It is also ideal for kitchen staff who are involved in cooking or preparing food.
This Level 2 Food Safety course ensures that all staff involved in the handling or preparation of food understand their roles and legal responsibilities. You will learn how to prevent contamination, pest infestation, and/or biological hazards. You will also learn best practices related to personal hygiene, stocking and preserving food, and cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. After finishing the course, you will be able to successfully implement food safety management systems such as HACCP.
