About this Course

The logistics industry involves a wide range of high-risk activities. Without proper training, staff would be putting their own lives, as well as, the lives of others at risk. Roles within the warehousing and storage industry require good organisational skills to meet customers’ needs. This course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to work in the warehousing and storage industry.

It can also be used by apprentices doing the Level 2 RQF certificate or intermediate apprenticeship in Warehousing and Storage, as it covers 2 mandatory units and 1 optional unit of the said qualification. Completing this course will not grant you the qualification, as it requires in-person learning hours and an examination at the end. However, it can be used as part of induction training for new employees or refresher training for existing employees.

Taking this course can pave the way for you to become a warehouse operative, warehouse supervisor, stock control assistant, removals operative or manager.
